Off-the-plan or customisable home designs
All you need to do is browse the available land options, and our home designs and floor plans and pick a design directly from the Creative Design range.
Or, if you see something you like, but want to personalise one of the existing designs to better suit your lifestyle, our friendly team of in-house designers will work with you to discuss all the options and features, and customise the design so that it ticks all your boxes (as well as meets your needs and your budget!).
All you need to do is decide what kind of house you want… single story or double story?, two bedrooms or four?, a connected garage or carport?, or perhaps an alfresco dining area? Whatever you need, the Creative Homes team can make it happen. The possibilities are simply endless!
If you have a block of land already, that’s no problem – we can arrange a site assessment and advise you on the range of design options and house plans that will best suit the block size and aspect of your land.
In-house design team
Our friendly team of experienced in-house design team will work with you closely in designing your brand-new home, as well as guide you through the interior design process (this is one of our favourite parts!)
From altering one of the Creative Design range home designs to suit your requirements, to helping you pick out colours and carpet and light fixtures, our in-house design team will be there for you every step of the way to ensure your new home will look exactly the way you want it.
Studio C
We know that building a house can be a bit overwhelming, and that every decision – from the bricks on the outside of your home to the style of your tapware – needs to be considered carefully.
To help you through the decision-making process, our in-house design team members will walk you through our custom-built showroom – Studio C – where you can be inspired by the huge range of products, materials and finishes.
Along with loads of advice and information about the different products on offer, you’ll be able to see inspirational images, mood boards, and a range of kitchen and bathroom fit-outs so that you can begin to imagine what it would look like in your own home.

From your initial consultation through to post-finance and contract stage, our qualified team will take care of all of the planning approvals, engineering plans, building surveyor certificates and building and plumbing permits to get you through to construction stage, then right through the build to final sign offs and handing over the keys to your new home!
After care
We want you to love your new home as much as we do, so we are proud to offer ‘aftercare’ for the period directly after you take possession of your new home.
If you have any queries or issues within the first 90 days in relation to finishes, joinery or appliances, the Creative Homes team are committed to resolving and problems in a timely manner and to your satisfaction.
