I spoke with Stuart and Greg daily for an entire year while I was building and to say I was “high maintenance” is an understatement. They always picked up the phone when I called and I never felt like they didn’t have time for me.
This build is my second build, first with Creative Homes. I was VERY particular about what I wanted and I didn’t chose a design they already had because of my odd block shape, so I was skeptical about the quality for a plan they didn’t already have, but I couldn’t be happier.
My Brother inlaw is a building surveyor and engineer and he recommended I only build with Creative Homes as he has seen the “good, bad & ugly” of the Tasmanian building industry and knew I wouldn’t be happy with anyone else.
Since building my house, my best friend and her husband have signed up to build their house also.
